Executive Meeting Nights

The executive meetings are every Second Tuesday of each month, excluding July and August. Meetings start at 7PM at the Clubhouse located on Club Property, 352 Sportsmen's Bowl Road, Oliver BC V0H 1T5

Annual General Meeting Night (A.G.M)

1. The Southern Okanagan Sportsmen’s Association fiscal year will be recognized as January 1 of a year to December 31 of the same year.
2. The Southern Okanagan Sportsmen’s Association Annual General Meeting will be held on the second Wednesday of May of each Year, at the club house.
